While the Collective is guided by the teaching and leadership of Dr. Lesley F. McClendon, it is intentionally structured as a community experience, not a private coaching or high-ticket consulting container.
This space offers formation, support, and depth—without pressure, exclusivity, or proximity-based leadership.

No. BuildHER is a community-based formation experience. While the Collective is guided by Dr. McClendon’s teaching and leadership, it is not private coaching, one-on-one mentorship, or high-ticket consulting.

BuildHER is for women of faith who desire sustainable leadership growth, spiritual formation, and clarity— whether they are leading in ministry, business, family, or vocation.

What does the $19/month include?
Your membership includes monthly formation teachings, leadership tools, spiritual practices, community engagement, and priority access to Herstoric offerings and events.

Yes. BuildHER is a monthly membership, and you may cancel at any time.

Will there be opportunities for coaching or deeper leadership experiences in the future?
Yes. Separate coaching, intensives, or higher-touch leadership opportunities may be offered in the future and will be clearly communicated outside of the Collective.
