Dr. Lesley Francisco McClendon is a pastor, speaker, author, and visionary leader committed to equipping women of faith to build lives that outlive them. She serves as the Senior Pastor of C3 Hampton and is known for her ability to merge spiritual depth with practical leadership formation.

Often referred to as The Legacy Architect, Dr. McClendon creates spaces where women are called, formed, and sent, rooted in faith, shaped by authenticity, and guided by purpose. Through Herstoric, she champions women who are ready to lead without shrinking and serve without losing themselves.

Operations & Support Coordinator
Adrianna Thomas serves as the Operations and Support Coordinator for Herstoric, Inc., overseeing day-to-day operations, event coordination, and administrative support. She helps steward the vision of Herstoric with excellence, clarity, and care.

Adrianna serves as the primary point of contact for general inquiries, events, volunteering, and partnerships, supporting the work of empowering women of faith and building sustainable impact.
